Begin to sleep again-seven tips to help you cure "insomnia"

The human body requires at least 8 hours of sleep between the night and day.
If you cannot sleep while others are asleep (and it becomes routinous) you are suffering from a sleep disorder called insomnia.

1.  Avoid taking caffeinated drinks: until you’re cured off insomnia, drinks like; coke, coffee, or any power drinks should be avoided. Make orange juice and water your new friends till you’re fully cured. (In cases of high blood sugar, switch over to water instead of juice)

Instead of using coffee as a tea break, take a cold glass of juice or water, and some fruit snacks; use that to keep your body going till you go for launch break. Endeavour to take your night meals before 7 pm, make sure it is garnished with vegetables. After eating, sit in a quiet corner where you can receive fresh air, you can listen to some cool music all by yourself and you may fall asleep peacefully.
